Welcome to Generations, a mental health program designed specifically for senior adults.
 

Through each generation there are life changes and challenges. Our population continues to age, with those 60 plus doubling in the next ten years. During our maturing years, we face multitude of changes, much of which is seen as losses. Loss of our health, loss of friends and loved ones, loss of independence and then for some of us, we experience memory loss. With these losses can come depression, confusion, withdrawal, mood swings, aggressive behavior, and thoughts of suicide.

Our team of geriatric specialists focus on providing an accurate assessment, understanding the more complicated pharmacology (medication effects) and then teaching tools to help the elderly and their families have a more optimal future.

Through a loving and understanding environment, we offer cognitive therapy, plus medication management. Our team of professionals will assist in behavior modification as well as offer support to those in need. Some families need assistance understanding how best to help a love one, especially when the loved one does not feel or understand their current situation. Our intact staff can offer assistance with these challenges as well.
