BCA Permian Basin welcomes back Roddy Strobel, MD, Child/Adolescent and General Psychiatrist to Odessa.  Dr. Strobel graduated from Texas A & M with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, then attended University of Texas Medical Branch in San Antonio. Dr. Strobel completed her internship and residency in Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry was completed at University of Texas Medical Branch in San Antonio.  She is a volunteer faculty member at Texas Tech School of Medicine. She has actively treated and cared for patients for 15 years. 

Dr. Strobel resides in Odessa with her husband and has two step children.

Amy Hicks-Robinson, PA-C
Physicians Assistant

Amy is our full time Physician Assistant at the hospital.  Amy received her undergraduate from Southern Arkansas University and received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University.  Amy resides in Midland, Texas with her son.

Paul Medina, PA-C
Physicians Assistant

Paul is a Physician Assistant for the hospital.  Paul has practiced medicine for over 30 years and currently has an outpatient practice with Dr Salcido in Odessa.  Paul resides in Odessa, Texas.
